Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Demo Agent to represent our products at various retail locations and events. This role involves engaging with customers, providing product demonstrations, and creating a positive brand experience. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and possesses excellent communication skills to effectively showcase our products and drive interest.
Duties
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits
- Interact with shoppers in a friendly and professional manner to generate interest and answer questions
- Promote products through effective marketing techniques and persuasive communication
- Assist in setting up demo stations, ensuring displays are attractive and organized
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the team for continuous improvement
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of demo areas throughout the event or shift
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance overall brand visibility
Skills
- Previous experience in food service, marketing, or sales is a plus but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
- Excellent communication and public speaking abilities to confidently present products
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable to engage a broader customer base
- Ability to effectively demonstrate products and convey key features clearly
- Outgoing personality with a proactive attitude and enthusiasm for engaging with people
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments
