We're growing!! And looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic candidate to join our team for the position of Office Clerk located in Gatineau, Quebec. This is an ideal FULL-TIME, permanent opportunity!

En raison de sa croissance continuelle, Skyline recherche des personnes enthousiastes et énergiques pour le poste de Commis du bureau à Gatineau, Québec. Ceci est un poste À TEMPS PARTIEL et permanent.

Duties include:
Ensure prompt follow up with tenants.
Provide good customer service to ensure the satisfaction of tenants.
Answer all rental requests, show apartments and complete the agreements, in addition, identify and record all calls, emails and visits of prospective tenants.
Perform reference checks for all applicants.
Monitor the rent roll and aged receivables. Communicate variances to the Property Management Administrator.
Conduct and/or supervise all on-site activity in accordance with the specifications of Skyline and in line with all applicable legislation including Occupational Health and Safety Act, Residential Tenancies Act and Quebec Human Rights.

Fonctions essentielles du poste:
Assurer un suivi rapide auprès des locataires.
Offrir un bon service à la clientèle afin de s'assurer de la satisfaction des locataires.
Répondre à toutes les demandes de location, faire visiter les appartements et conclure les accords, en plus de relever et noter tous les appels, courriels et visites de locataires potentiels.
Effectuer les vérifications de références pour toutes les demandes.
Surveiller le registre des loyers et des créances. Communiquer les écarts à l'administrateur immobilière.
Assurer un suivi avec les locataires conformément aux spécifications de Skyline Management Incorporated et en conformité avec toutes les lois applicables, dont la Loi sur la santé et la sécurité, la Loi sur la location à usage d'habitation et la Charte québécoise des droits et libertés de la personne.

Qualifications:
Bilingual (French-English).
Able to adhere to an on call schedule involving work after business hours and work on weekends.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively.
Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
Ability to multi-task and remain detail oriented.
Good judgment and innovation.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
PC skills are an asset (Word, Excel, e-mail/web).
Previous sales experience an asset.

Qualifications:
Bilinguisme français-anglais.
Capacite à travailler les soirs et les fins de semaines.
Capacité à trouver des solutions et à résoudre les problèmes de manière efficace.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en organisation.
Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois avec précision.
Capacité à faire preuve de jugement et d'initiative.
Capacité à travailler seul et en équipe.
Compétences informatiques un atout (Word, Excel, courriel et Internet).
Expérience dans le domaine de la vente un atout.

Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or 5 years work related experience.
Previous experience renting apartments and assisting tenants required.
Experienced in sales or related field.
Knowledge of applicable legislation respecting residential tenancies in Quebec and the rights and obligations of Landlords and Tenants an asset.

Formation et expérience:
Diplôme d'études secondaires ou cinq années d'expérience reliées à l'emploi.
Expérience requise en location d'appartement et en assistance aux locataires.
Expérience dans le domaine de la vente ou dans un domaine connexe.
Connaissance des lois applicables sur les locations résidentielles au Québec et sur les droits et obligations des propriétaires et des locataires un atout.
