Tania Ashe Santin CFP CLU CHS of Kingstown Financial is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and scheduling support

The Job Description is to help facilitate excellent client service through:

Performing clerical duties, greeting clients, and scheduling of meetings
Preparing pre- and post- meeting material

Access and obtain data from multiple information systems
Inputting notes and follow-up tasks into our client management system
Processing documentation, responding to client requests and inquiries
Filing, ordering marketing material, and documenting client interactions

Process applications and service requests within established service standards
Maintaining strictest levels of client confidentiality and regulatory compliance at all times


Self-motivation to work independently
Strong organizational skills

Experience in the financial services industry or in the insurance industry

Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, e-mail and database computer software

Knowledge of individual life and investment products

Clear written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with technology (client management system, scheduling, etc.)
A genuine desire to ensure excellent client service

MFDA and/or FSCO licensed
