As an Assembly Technician, you will inspect, install and fit all components for complete mold assembly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assemble and prepare refurbished molds.
Prepare projects for inspection and mold shipments
Create, develop and refine procedures for assembly and preparation of new and refurbished molds
Ensure Husky’s productivity and quality standards are met. Conduct root cause analysis and problem solve quality issues.
May provide field support to customers
Inspect and test mold Hot Runner to meet function specifications
Drive and initiate continuous improvement initiatives and make recommendations to Engineers
Cross train in other areas within the business as required. Lead training and cross-training of team members. Transfer and share knowledge with other team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent
College Diploma or certificate in Mold Making or Tool and Die Making preferred
Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in manufacturing (demonstrated ability in Mold Refurbishment/Mold Making
