Inside Sales Representative (B2B)
(Base salary plus Uncapped commission)
In partnership with Moneris Solutions and with over 15 years of industry experience, Sterling Card Payment Solutions offers a full suite of in-store payment solutions with tailored to industry verticals, allowing Canadian merchants to accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Interac) as well as offering Capital Funding to small businesses.
We are seeking a competitive Inside Sales Representative that can excel in a fast-paced sales environment. The inside Sales rep will perform an important role to help achieve our company goals and revenue target. You must be a hunter and comfortable making 100 plus cold calls per day to business owners generating interest, qualifying prospects and supporting our Business Development Managers.
Conduct telephone calls to prospective companies to identify Merchant Service and/or capital funding needs.
You must be comfortable making cold calls.
Research company data from Internet web sites and various internal databases (CRM Program).
Update internal customer relationship management (CRM) system with relevant data.
Follow up by telephone and schedule pairings with internal Business Development Managers.
Work in conjunction with BDM Sales Group
Desired Skills & Experience:
Strong phone presence and experienced at making researched calls and speaking live with business owners.
Energetic, enthusiastic and articulate.
You must be 100% fluent in English
You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous Lead Generation/Hunting Experience.
Experience in a call centre environment would be an asset.
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred. (Experience and Personality can supersede)
You should live in the Markham/Toronto area (access to car)
