Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products with precision, ensuring quality standards are met. The position requires hands-on experience with various tools and an understanding of manufacturing processes to contribute effectively to our production goals.
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to schematics and technical drawings
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to complete assembly tasks
- Interpret electrical wiring diagrams and schematics to ensure proper connections
- Conduct quality checks using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure accuracy
- Follow safety protocols when working with electrical wiring and machinery
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and improve processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing or assembly environments
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment
- Familiarity with calipers and other precision measurement instruments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
