Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding Petlio’s reach within the pet care industry, helping businesses to see the value in every pet visit as an opportunity to enhance pet health.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify pet care locations that would benefit from pet health checks and supplements.
- Cold calls, in-store visits, and demos for pet care locations.
- Close sales agreements with pet care locations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with pet care stores to onboard them to Petlio’s products and services.
- Train staff at pet care businesses on the benefits and sales techniques for Petlio products.
- Identify and pursue new sales channels to increase market penetration.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, including the number of pet care stores onboarded, sales per store, and gross profit goals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of pet care stores onboarded
- Dollar sales per store onboarded
- Achievement of Gross Profit target
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in the pet industry.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Social media and marketing skills considered a plus.
- Ability to travel within Canada for business needs.
- A profit-driven mindset with a passion for pet health.
Salary & Benefits:
- Base: $50K-$70K based on experience
- Bonus: Up to 40% of Salary
- Other comp: Stock options based on experience
