Our conveniently located clinics are open for extended hours to look after the needs of our patients and our communities. With a team of skilled individuals working alongside specialists, and allied health providers, our goal is to get our patients healthy, quickly and safely.
As we continue to expand, we are looking fora Marketing Coordinator who will support our marketing needs. This position is for an existing vacancy.
Summary: The Marketing Coordinator will assist management with the execution of marketing goals and campaigns.
Location: Toronto
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, including the coordination of marketing campaigns and related materials (email campaigns, print and digital advertising, promotional assets, etc.)
- Create and manage promotional and marketing materials to support business objectives and sales initiatives
- Manage budgets for marketing projects and track campaign expenditures
- Develop, curate, and manage content for social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and digital channels
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver webinars, virtual events, and educational presentations
- Create professional presentations, marketing decks, and communication materials
- Monitor and manage social media marketing activities across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and product teams, to support marketing objectives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth
- Resolve, escalate, and follow up on marketing-related issues as required
- Support the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, trade shows, and member engagement initiatives
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of marketing experience is required.
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an asset.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and Adobe applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in healthcare is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Experience with content creation, social media marketing (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube), and email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact.
- Experience creating and editing marketing materials, including posters, flyers, presentations, and promotional content.
- Basic graphic design, Photoshop, and video editing experience is an asset.
- Experience coordinating webinars, presentations, and advertising initiatives with media vendors is an asset.
