We are currently recruiting for a Service Technician role in North Vancouver. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing a variety of pumps, compressors, and related mechanical systems both in-shop and at customer sites.
Requirements:
- Solid mechanical aptitude with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Background working with compressors, centrifugal or positive‑displacement pump systems
- Millwright or industrial maintenance background
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Must hold a valid driver’s license.
Duties:
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks and performance evaluations on mechanical systems.
- Document all service activities thoroughly, ensuring reports and records are clear and complete.
- Install new machinery and support commissioning/start‑up activities as needed.
- Break down and rebuild mechanical assemblies such as seals, valves, shafts, and bearings.
- Keep tools, equipment, and the service vehicle organized, safe, and in good working condition.
- Analyze equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement effective repair solutions.
- Clearly communicate repair results, observations, and recommended next steps to internal teams or clients.

- $62K+, depending on experience
