This position is based in Barrie, Ontario. We pride ourselves on growing and building strategic partnerships to meet the needs of the communities that we serve. The Opportunity:
We are looking for a skilled Team Lead for our Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) department. As the working supervisor of the MRI team, the technologist will perform general MRI scans. The technologist must be patient-focused and capable of performing high quality MRI procedures independently and proficiently, in accordance with CMRITO Standards of Practice, radiation safety principles, and GRC protocols.
The successful candidate will directly manage the MRI team, coordinate the MRI operations, and help develop, grow, and lead the expansion of the MRI department.

The Requirements:
· Active registration with the CMRITO.
· Completion of an accredited MRI program.
· Completion of a Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) program.
· Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in MRI preferred.
· Active Professional Liability Insurance.
· Capable leadership skills.
· Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills.
· Ability to communicate with a high level of professionalism in interpersonal relations.
· Evidence of strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize; work under pressure and show flexibility.
· Must have strong independent decision-making skills with a high level of initiative.
· Discretion and maturity in handling confidential matters.
· Demonstrated computer knowledge, and proficiency with PACS.
Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
