```Duties```
- Issue Arrival notice to import customers and book appointment as accordingly.
- Coordinate with Customers, Operations, Terminals to release Cargo without delay to prevent penalties or additional charges.
- Communicate with Customers regarding diversion, split, exam, hold and/or other relevant information pertaining to a shipment.
- Manages Idle Containers in coordination with customers, terminals, and other internal departments.
- Submit Rail billing.
- Identify parties that need to be involved in tracing shipments and issues and make appropriate contacts to work out a reasonable solution.
- Address the root cause with necessary stakeholders to resolve and prevent future issues.
- Updates booking schedules.
```Skills```

- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role in logistics industry in Canada
- Bachelor’s degree is an asset.
- Proficient in MS Office applications. Excellent verbal and written in English.
- Quick leaner and detail oriented
- Familiarity with fundamentals of shipping including bills of lading.
- Customer focus, adaptable and independent.
- Logically determine the best approach to solving the immediate problem.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
