We’re looking for a driven, strategic Account Executive ready to accelerate their sales career at the forefront of the creator economy, where influencer marketing is redefining how people discover, engage with, and buy from brands.
In this role you will be a trusted advisor to brands navigating this shift. You will own the sales process from qualified lead to close, collaborating with our Client Services team to ensure a seamless and impactful experience that meets our business goals. What You'll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle end to end, from building your own outbound engine and qualifying pipeline through to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
- Own your pipeline from the ground up, managing both inbound opportunities and self-generated outbound to ensure consistent pipeline coverage
- Deliver compelling product demos that go beyond features - connecting platform capabilities to strategic impact
- Act as a trusted advisor to brands, uncovering their influencer marketing goals and guiding them to the right mix of strategy and support
- Bring rigor to lead qualification - applying a framework like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to identify high-potential opportunities and focus efforts where they’ll have the most impact
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting, consistently meeting or exceeding your sales targets
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding
- Know the product inside out - so every conversation provides another reason to choose Creator
- Stay sharp on trends in influencer marketing, UGC, and content strategy - bringing insights into every client conversation to add value and build trust
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably selling marketing technology, influencer marketing platforms, or related solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media trends, and the creator economy, or a demonstrated eagerness to quickly develop expertise
- Experience managing full sales cycles from lead qualification to close, with a focus on consultative selling and solution-based approaches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with C-level and marketing decision-makers
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, client services, and product
- Highly organized with strong pipeline management and forecasting skills, including proficiency with CRM tools like Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Compensation Range
We offer a starting salary of $75,000 - $85,000 CAD + commission. On-target earnings (OTE) are estimated at $95,000 - $110,000 CAD in your first year, with uncapped commission potential as you grow your book of business. Total compensation includes salary, commission, benefits, and additional perks.
