Join Levitt-Safety in Saskatoon as a Service Coordinator and play a key role in keeping our service operations running smoothly - both in the office and on the floor.
What you’ll do
- Schedule and coordinate service calls to meet customer needs
- Support technicians with tools, equipment, and job readiness
- Manage work orders, purchase orders, and customer records
- Process invoicing and maintain accurate documentation
- Deliver a high level of customer service across all touchpoints
- Assist with shipping and receiving of equipment and customer orders
- Help unload deliveries and organize incoming stock
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for service jobs and shipments
- Support inventory counts and maintain warehouse organization and safety
What you bring
- Experience in customer service, coordination, or administration
- Exposure to warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory is an asset
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working across systems in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on, team-first mindset - you’re willing to jump in where needed
