In this role you will build interdependent relationships with educational administrators to promote digital products and services within Sprig Learning’s portfolio. You will be a product expert focused on driving and supporting teaching and learning innovations to improve the learning outcomes of young children.

Role:
- Effectively communicate key product features and benefits to prospective customers virtually through phone calls, emails, product demos and presentations.
- Strategically manage leads, qualify prospects, and coordinate sales efforts with company leadership to generate new business.
- Maintain strong, ongoing working relationships with existing customers in order to enhance the customer experience resulting in future sales and referrals.
- Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Identify advantages and compare organization’s products/services.
- Become and act as an expert on the company’s products, the needs of teachers in the classroom, and the latest learning trends.
- Set up, maintain, and keep accurate customer contact records within the CRM system.
- Understand school district buying practices, funding sources, and decision makers
- Collaborate regularly with CEO and Senior Management team to contribute ideas for strategizing and executing sales opportunities and identifying areas for improvement.
- Thoughtfully plan outbound campaigns in strategic districts to generate new prospects.
- Attain and aim to surpass sales goals, with the proven ability to develop and build customer relationships to maintain and expand market penetration.
- Attend weekly sales and customer support meetings.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of Bachelor's Degree in education, or an equivalent combination of education and successful work experience
- K-12 classroom experience and/or experience.
- Successful sales track record with documented lead development is preferred.
- Understanding of the early learning landscape.
- Demonstrated success at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in assessment and curriculum adoptions is preferred
- Established relationships with district leaders within the assigned territory are preferred
- Strong technology skills and abilities.
- Familiarity with Mac OS and Apple eco-system is considered an asset.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
- Experience with Hubspot is considered an asset.
- Must be a Canadian Citizen.
