Job Title: Bilingual Mortgage Admin Specialist
Position Overview: The Bilingual Mortgage Admin Specialist works together with the Renewal, Reception, Payout and Foreclosure teams, handling files for any affiliated companies or lenders. You will be responsible for administrative tasks that adhere to all aspects of our mortgages.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Providing a customer-focused approach to your work, excellent telephone manners and the ability to interact positively and effectively with all levels within the organization
- Multitasking and meeting changing deadlines in a fast paced dynamic environment
- Completing confidential administrative work and providing a safeguard for clients’ personal information
- Promptly answering and responding to calls received, inclusive of all departments
- Completing thorough, accurate work
You Will Bring to the Team:
- Fluent in French and English (required)
- 1+ years of administration experience (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organization capabilities
- Previous experience in supply management an asset
- Interested in continued learning is a must and post-secondary education is a bonus
