Baydo Contracting Corp. is currently seeking a Receptionist to join our finance department. Compensation:

Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Experience with QuickBooks is considered an asset
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
Daily tasks to include:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
- Scan and file documents accurately and efficiently
- Review and organize financial statements
- Maintain and update the office inventory list
- Keep the front reception area clean and organized
- Maintain cleanliness in shared office spaces and kitchen
- Support administrative functions across multiple related companies
- Assist with Human Resources duties as needed
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
