Location: Brampton, CAN
**Responsibilities:**
1. Oversee all labor staff, including task delegation, performance monitoring, and resolution of issues as they arise.
2. Experienced in receiving (container), shipping, and order picking.
3. Track inventory levels and replenish low stock SKUs on time.
4. Assign team members to organize tasks, restock inventory, support delivery drivers, and adjust delivery schedules as needed.
5. Demonstrate safe forklift operation and coach newer operators on proper techniques and safety practices.
6. Ensure all team members follow safety protocols, including safe forklift use and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
7. Develop and implement training programs, monitor progress, and identify areas for additional training.
8. Manage warehouse equipment maintenance, including monthly safety inspections.
**Requirements:**
1. Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Skilled in prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
4. Experience in forklift operation.
5. Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
