## Job Summary
Looking to hire a full-time renovator who must have their own transportation and tools. The ideal candidate will be able to do rough and finish carpentry and be responsible for the final touches in carpentry projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail. Hourly-wage or peicework available. Fulltime work with no Layoffs.
## Responsibilities
- Perform finish carpentry work including trim, molding, and cabinetry installation
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute projects accurately
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks
- Conduct construction painting and staining as needed
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure project completion within deadlines
- Assist in construction estimating and material procurement
- Knowledge of electrical work related to finish carpentry projects
## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Proficient in heavy lifting associated with carpentry work
- Ability to drywall, mud and tape
- Experience in siding installation and repair
- Ability to work on roofs for finishing tasks
- Competency in blueprint reading for project execution
### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes
- Knowledge of electrical work within finish carpentry projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
