Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Chick-fil-A 410 & Steeles in Brampton. This full-time, on-site role plays a key part in supporting our restaurant’s operations by managing essential HR functions and helping foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Post jobs, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews.
- Manage personnel files and training documentation.
- Support team recognition and events.
Other Responsibilities
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including orientation sessions and training schedules.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Help coordinate performance reviews and track completion.
- Support benefits administration and assist team members with related questions.
- Organize employee recognition programs and appreciation events.
- Track attendance, schedule changes, and time-off requests.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Assist with conflict resolution and escalate concerns to leadership when needed.
- Maintain open communication with team members to promote engagement and retention.
- Assisting in executing opening and/or closing procedures.
- Communicating clearly with fellow team members and leaders.
- Maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Ensuring that products and guests' experiences are consistent with our brand, culture, and standard of excellence.
- Assist in operations as needed.
Preferred Experience
- HR or recruiting experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.80-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
