Duties```
*** FIXED SCHEDULE: 16:00 TO 23:59 ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY - with possible more hours during the weekdays ***
- Receive and prioritize incoming calls from customers and drivers
- Coordinate and schedule all charter work, line runs and shuttle runs
- Communicate with drivers to provide instructions and updates on routes and schedules
```Requirements```
- Must have BZ license
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer as well as communication tools
- Strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in a dispatching role or related field is preferred

MUST HOLD A VALID BZ LICENSE AS SOME COACH DRIVING WILL BE REQUIRED.

- dispatching: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- BZ License holder (preferred)
