We are seeking a highly qualified parts professional to join our service team! Lead the team of technicians and assist with maintenance of our products. A successful candidate previous powersports parts experience and will have knowledge in troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs and should be familiar with our company's products. The ideal candidate will also be up-to-date on the latest technical developments and have a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Order parts and help expedite service technicians.
- Diagnose technical problems and recommend solutions.
- Assist with customer service and support of work orders invoices and parts orders.
- Complete preventive maintenance for technical equipment.
- Use the telephone to communicate with co-workers, vendors, and customers to solve problems in a timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
