The Marketing Director Role:
We are looking for a strategic yet hands-on Marketing Director who can both lead and actively engage in key business activities. In this role, you will not only oversee marketing strategies, campaigns, and brand management but also take an active role in client interactions, forging partnerships, and achieving sales objectives. Your ability to balance high-level leadership with direct involvement will be critical to driving growth and ensuring we meet our market goals.
This position comes with competitive compensation, including performance-based bonuses. The role begins with a three-month probation period, during which consistent achievement of sales targets is required. Upon meeting these objectives, you will transition seamlessly into the permanent Director role. Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Actively engage in direct sales by identifying, pursuing, and building relationships with key clients and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and alignment with company goals.
- Deliver engaging presentations and provide product knowledge to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, offering after-sales support.
Other Duties
- Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Marketing Team.
- Assist in driving merchandising directives and standards to achieve financial targets.

Pay: $6,000.00-$10,000.00 per month
