The Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of client and internal marketing projects. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
You will work closely with account managers, strategists, creatives, developers, to ensure projects stay on track, on budget, and on brief.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing, branding, digital, and web projects across multiple clients
- Build and manage project timelines, task lists, and workflows
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure deadlines are met
- Track project progress, identify risks, and flag issues early
- Maintain project accuracy and organization in ClickUp, ensuring tasks, statuses, due dates, assignees, and dependencies are kept up to date.
- Support day-to-day ClickUp hygiene, including task creation, updates, tagging, and documentation of project activity.
- Assist with time tracking management, ensuring team members log time accurately and consistently against the correct tasks and projects.
- Monitor time entries for completeness and flag gaps or inconsistencies to the Director of Operations.
- Generate basic reports on time tracking, workload, and project progress to support operational visibility.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, notes, and status updates
- Assist with scope management, change tracking, and due diligence
- Support client communication by preparing updates, recaps, and next steps
- Ensure quality control and attention to detail across deliverables
- Help improve internal processes, templates, and project systems over time
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management in an agency or in-house marketing department setting
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- A solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and agency workflows
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
- Comfort working with project management tools and shared documentation (ClickUp experience a plus!)
- A curious mindset with a desire to understand how things work and why.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think through challenges and propose thoughtful solutions.
- A collaborative approach to work, seeking input from others and contributing to team-based solutions.
- Agency experience is an asset but not required
