Position: Digital Entertainment Producer
Location: 299 Queen St West
Salary: Unifor 723M, Group G (Commensurate with qualifications and experience)
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Overtime and shift work as required

Description of Work:
Create exceptionally compelling video content for Bell Media Entertainment digital properties in order build series awareness and drive traffic to key properties.
Conceptualize and write pitches, treatments and scripts
Produce, shoot, write, edit and package a range of video, digital and social assets
Align with digital brand Producers on executing digital content strategies
Creatively pitch and lead brainstorms for digital programs and monetizable content
Maintain and develop relationships with key members of the digital, production and agency communities, both internally and externally
Edit digital promotional materials and assets as required
Other duties as assigned by Executive Producer or Manager
Applicants will have a reel of completed projects.
Minimum 5 years working as a video producer/editor for a TV channel, agency or independent producer, with preference to digital storytelling
Degree/Diploma in Television Broadcasting, Journalism, Digital or Film is preferred
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro or Final Cut
Knowledge and minimum of 3 years experience working on video productions optimized for web and social media platforms intermediate
Must be comfortable directing cameras, producing and shooting in the field or in-studio
Minimum of 5 years proven experience in creative content development and execution. We're looking for ideas that lead
Minimum of 5 years experience leading and executing multiple projects at once in an environment that is fast-paced, demands trend-setting creativity and ability to execute against challenging timelines
Demonstrated involvement in dealing with problem solving and creative solutions
Excellent all-round knowledge of branded, entertainment and pop culture content
Possess an initiative taking-multitasking personality, with the ability to work under minimal or no supervision
Exceptional communication and writing skills, dealing with all stakeholders
Minimum of 5 years experience in producing and managing both large and small-scale productions with varying budget
Possess a 'go-getter' attitude and willing to work irregular hours to manage the demanding schedules of entertainment journalism
Motion graphics and animation experience an asset
Experience with multiple cameras, including but not limited to the Canon C300 and C300 II, Sony FS7, and other HD or 4K cameras. Drone, Osmosis, 3D, Go Pro experience an asset
Experience with digital audio production an asset
Ability to create social marketing campaigns an asset
Experience producing podcasts an asset
Ability to report on social campaigns an asset
Knowledge of CMS and VCMS platforms an asset.
Familiarity with digital teams and extremely savvy in social platforms an asset
Intense passion and knowledge of music, television, entertainment and pop culture and always up-to-date with the latest news, trends and discussions an asset
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
