Milpa is looking for an experienced bartenders and servers to join our team! We are an independent restaurant on the heart of 17th Ave. Our menu is thoughtfully crafted by our Mexican celebrity chef , Elia Herrera. Our room's architecture is one of the most unique in the city and is designed to accommodate multiple styles of dinning experiences. Our beverage program is cocktail and spirit heavy with drinks that use the most up to date techniques, although we have a growing wine program.
We have recently been recognized in numerous publications for our fantastic restaurant and we are looking to add to our team to build on this success.
Qualified Candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience bartending/serving in a cocktail focused restaurant or bar
- Be able to provide upscale service in a fast paced environment
- Have extensive knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails as well as a passion for creating inventive and original craft cocktail
