We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive repair and bodywork, with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship. Duties
- Repair and refinish vehicle bodies using various tools and techniques
- Assess vehicle damage and develop repair plans in collaboration with the service team
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment to perform repairs efficiently
- Perform frame straightening, dent removal, and panel replacement as needed
- Conduct quality inspections on completed work to ensure high standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding repair progress and completion timelines
Requirements
- Proven dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred
- Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive systems and repairs
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment
- Strong understanding of automotive bodywork techniques and procedures
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Mechanic experience is highly desirable
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship
