Landscaping Legends is one of the GTA's fastest-growing outdoor construction companies specializing in decks, fences, interlock, concrete, and complete backyard transformations. We're looking for a highly organized and friendly individual to become the first point of contact for our customers while helping keep our office running smoothly.
Position Overview
As our Appointment Setter & Administrative Assistant, you'll be responsible for contacting homeowners who have requested a quote, answering incoming phone calls, scheduling estimates, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a fully remote position with flexible daytime hours.
Responsibilities
- Call homeowners who submit quote requests through our website and advertising campaigns.
- Answer incoming company phone calls professionally and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Schedule estimates for our sales team.
- Follow up with leads that have not yet booked an appointment.
- Update customer information within our CRM.
- Confirm upcoming appointments with clients.
- Respond to basic customer inquiries regarding our services.
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks.
- Organize documents and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams when required.
RequirementsMust Have
- Reside in Canada (Toronto/GTA preferred).
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, confident, and professional phone manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
Equipment Required
Applicants must have access to:
- Personal laptop or desktop computer.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Smartphone with calling capability.
- Quiet home workspace suitable for answering customer calls.
Preferred
- Summer student currently enrolled in college or university.
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, administration, sales, or call centres.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or CRM software is considered an asset.
Hours
- Approximately 30 hours per week
- Tuesday–Saturday
- Daytime business hours
- Flexible scheduling available
Compensation
- $20.00/hour
- Fully remote (Work from Home)
