Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Maintain excellent customer service
- Use safe work practices to ensure safety of all staff, vendors and customers
- Complete required paperwork according to company policies, procedures and protocols
- Receive products in a timely manner, ensuring products match the paperwork and not damaged
- Shipping customer order and store transfers
- Organizing a busy warehouse
- Completing paperwork accurately
- Ensuring that product is not damaged and safely stored
- Ability to move products from warehouse to customer vehicles without incident
- Performing accurate inventory counts regularly with proper records
- Ability to safely lift heavy products up to 55 lbs. on your own
- Ability to safely lift heavy products, (including as a team lifting over 100 lbs.)
- Operating a forklift
- May be required to assist with deliveries as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- Recognize the importance of establishing relationships with customers and providing a great customer experience
- Team player with a positive “can do” attitude
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Have a great work ethic and eager to learn new things
- Good communication skills and willingness to help out other team members
- Ability to safely lift, push, pull or carry heavy products, occasionally over 50 lbs
- Prior warehouse experience is an asset but not required
- Forklift experience is an asset
