MERCHANDISER
We are looking for a merchandiser to work at the Home Depot store in Moncton (Nouveau-Brunswick)
Seasonal position (part-time)
Who we are:
A horticultural producer whose story has been growing for 6 generations. Local people who are proud to produce and offer high-quality plants with respect for the environment. Our production specializes in perennials, herbs, vegetables and tropical plants destined for major retail chains in Quebec, Ontario and the Maritimes, as well as for several garden centres.
What you will do:
Receive, unpack and unload plant deliveries.
Display and merchandise plants according to established standards.
Maintain regular communication with the internal team at Rosaire Pion Greenhouses and the assigned store(s).
Manage in-store space in collaboration with resource personnel.
General plant care and maintenance.
Maintain adequate inventory of plants and carts in store.
Provide information and assist customers when needed.
What we are looking for:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good judgment.
Good physical condition.
Flexible and reliable, especially during peak seasonal periods.
Considered an asset: experience in sales, customer service or merchandising.
No horticultural knowledge required for the merchandiser position, as training will be provided by the company.
What we offer:
Employment status: Seasonal position, part-time 5h to 15h/week.
Duration of employment: 1 to 2 months (possibility of prolongation)
Expected Start Date: June 18th, 2026.

Salary: Starting at $17.80/hour (to be evaluated based on knowledge/experience).
