Job Description:
As a Salesperson at Renolux Restore Group, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by building relationships with potential clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand and communicate the full range of Renolux Restore Group's services to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the restoration, construction, or property management industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
