Outside Sales Representative – Pest Control
Salary: $70,000–$100,000 per year + Commission
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to generate new residential and commercial pest control business. This is a field-based position focused on visiting potential clients, developing relationships, generating leads, and securing new accounts and service contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit businesses, residential properties, and commercial locations to generate new pest control business.
- Approach property managers, building managers, restaurants, warehouses, offices, retail stores, condominiums, and other potential clients.
- Identify and develop new commercial pest control accounts and recurring service contracts.
- Conduct field prospecting, cold visits, networking, and direct customer outreach.
- Build relationships with business owners, property managers, facility managers, and other decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads and arrange inspections, quotations, and meetings.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert opportunities into confirmed business.
- Maintain records of leads, visits, follow-ups, and new accounts.
- Meet established targets for new customers, contracts, and revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant outside marketing, sales, or business development experience in pest control industry.
- Pest control industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working primarily in the field.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
- Additional commission on new business and revenue brought to the company.
