Job Summary

Duties
- Design and implement effective lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Deliver engaging lectures, workshops, or seminars to diverse student groups
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and other evaluation methods
- Provide constructive feedback to support student improvement and motivation
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and critical thinking
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices
Requirements

- Experience in daycare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Recent criminal record check
