Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Location: Hybrid (Virtual & In-person)

Job Description:

The Camp Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of Aspire for Higher’s sport and multi-activity camps. This leadership role ensures programs are delivered safely, professionally, and with high energy while maintaining strong communication with families and staff.

Hourly rate: $20.00-25.00 per hour depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

Lead daily camp operations and oversee staff and volunteers

• Ensure safe, structured, and engaging programming for youth participants
• Supervise coaches and support staff, providing ongoing feedback and leadership
• Maintain attendance records and incident reporting
• Communicate with parents regarding updates and program information
• Ensure equipment, facilities, and logistics are organized and prepared
• Support program evaluation and feedback collection
• Uphold Aspire for Higher’s mission and standards of excellence

Qualifications:

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in youth programming
• Background in recreation, education, or sport leadership
• Experience working with children in camp or coaching environments
• Valid First Aid / CPR Certification
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Energetic, professional, and solution-oriented
