Specializing in the sale, rental, maintenance, and repair of tanks, we are looking for a Heavy-Duty Vehicle Mechanic to join our evening shift team.
WORK ON NEW AND USED TANKS, IN A HANDS-ON ENVIRONMENT WITH EASY ACCESS FROM HIGHWAYS 403 & 407!
Your main responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on tanks and trailers
- Diagnose and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Diagnose and repair braking systems, ABS, RSS rollover prevention systems, and automatic lift axles
- Maintain and repair drum and disc brakes, suspensions, wheels, and chassis
- Repair body structures and components
- Inspect and repair components and systems on various types of tanks
What we are looking for
- A 310J or 310T mechanic license or be a registered apprentice
- Experience working with tanks and/or trailers (an asset)
- Complete set of tools
- Good physical condition
