A Day in the Life
- The purpose of the role is to provide technical expertise to sales representatives, other sales functions and customers for Medtronic patient management ecosystem. Be an ecosystem champion and serve as a liaison for the sales organization while also applying consultative selling techniques, messaging and positioning of the Medtronic ecosystem platforms and services. Communicate developments in techniques and technologies, impact of education programs, competitive activities, and customer response back to the Business Unit in order to ensure full leverage of the Medtronic platform and services.
- Critical to the role is the development of long-term relationships with customers.
Liaising with the Account Managers (AM) and Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for account development.
A Day in the life:

Provides technical expertise to sales representatives, other sales functions and customers.

Provides technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products.

May provide follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by providing technical support and information on specific applications.

Provides sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products.

May make technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations.

Conducts on-site education and consulting, and supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations.

Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.

Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR)

- Sales and clinical experience in a hospital environment
PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Travel required for training, customer events, symposia and field activities
- On-call and travelling after hours may be required for customer presentation and/or
field related activities
- Minimum travel of 50-60% of any given work week
