JOB DESCRIBTION:
Skilled Infrastructure Application Support Engineer with expertise in Linux| DB2Postgres| and DevOps practices Manage and support enterprise systems across Unix/Linux environments ensuring high availability and performance Support database platforms (DB2 preferred) and handle system integrations including SSL certificate management Perform vulnerability remediation| system hardening| and ensure compliance in regulated environments Develop and maintain automation scripts (Shell Python) and implement CICD DevOps processes Work on SCON| AIX systems| and troubleshoot complex production issues across environments Support API integrations and application workflows using RESTSOAP services Monitor system health and performance using tools like Dynatrace and Splunk Good-to-have exposure to PEGA platforms and enterprise workflow systems Handle L2L3 production support| incident management| and root cause analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for issue resolution and delivery Experience in BFSI or similar regulated enterprise environments preferred
Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON (Toronto District)
