Toronto Wellness & Physio Center is looking for a skilled and patient-focused Osteopath to join our growing multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Provide hands-on osteopathic manual treatments
- Educate patients on movement, posture, exercises, and self-management
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals
- Provide a professional, welcoming, and patient-centered experience
Qualifications
- Recognized Osteopathy education/training and appropriate professional credentials
- Strong clinical assessment and hands-on treatment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional liability insurance
- Commitment to evidence-based and patient-centered care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Experience or familiarity with the following is considered a strong asset:
- Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) claims
- WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board) cases
- Extended Health Care (EHC) insurance claims and direct billing
- Insurer documentation, treatment plans, and clinical reports
- Working within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic
Pay: $35.00-$65.00 per hour
