About the Role
We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong understanding of AI agents, automation, and software integrations to help support and expand our back-office systems. Our core back office has already been built, and we are now looking to create AI agents that can perform specific business tasks, streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and connect with the tools we currently use. The ideal candidate should understand how AI agents work, how to build and integrate them into existing systems, and how to identify opportunities where automation can save time and improve operations. Experience with API integrations, workflow automation, CRM systems, task management tools, and AI platforms would be considered an asset. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building practical systems, and helping a growing business use AI in a real-world, hands-on way.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and implement AI agents that automate business processes and repetitive tasks.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI and workflow automation.
- Integrate AI agents with existing software platforms using APIs and automation tools.
- Maintain and optimize existing automation workflows and integrations.
- Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements and translate them into automated solutions.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI tools, platforms, and technologies that could benefit the business.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and continuously improve system performance and reliability.
- Document automation processes, workflows, and system configurations.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of AI agents, large language models (LLMs), and practical AI automation.
- Experience building or implementing AI-driven workflows and automation solutions.
- Knowledge of API integrations and connecting multiple software platforms.
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms and integration tools.
- Experience working with CRM systems, task management platforms, and business software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on practical business solutions.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with any of the following would be considered an asset:
- AI agent frameworks and orchestration platforms.
- Workflow automation tools (such as Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar).
- REST APIs and webhooks.
- CRM platforms.
- Task and project management systems.
- Database concepts and cloud-based applications.
- Basic programming or scripting experience (JavaScript, Python, or similar).
