Job summary

We are currently looking for talented individuals with related computer knowledge, excellent customer service and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Applicants are required for Full Time positions and must be available Days, Evenings, and Weekends for the following location(s): Saskatoon North - 405 Circle Drive

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Greet customers as they enter the store
  • Ask questions to determine their interest in products
  • Inquire about specifications they require in the system they intend to purchase
  • Technical support
  • Suggest all possible solutions based of customer's needs
  • Explain and demonstrate product features
  • Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous customer services skills in related job an asset
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to provide great Customer Service

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $36,000.00 /year

Experience:

  • Technical Support: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
  • Computer Hardware: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Troubleshooting: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Windows Operating System: 2 years (Preferred)

Education:

  • Secondary School (Preferred)
