As demand continues to rise, we're looking for a motivated and results-driven Leasing Agent to join our team on a flexible, independent basis.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to rental inquiries and qualify leads
- Schedule and conduct property showings
- Present available units to potential tenants
- Guide applicants through the rental process (application, verification, lease signing)
- Maintain a strong understanding of our current availabilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent our brand professionally
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in leasing, real estate, or customer service
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Access to a phone, car, and ability to move around the city
- Bilingual (French & English) is a strong asset
- Familiarity with the Montreal rental market is a plus
