As a Systems Administrator, you will report to the Director of Information Technology Architecture and Evolution and will be responsible for the proper functioning and evolution of the company's systems. Your experience, your autonomy, your sense of responsibility and your collaboration will make you the ideal candidate.
Participate in the development of the infrastructure architecture;
Analyze the performance of computer equipment and security and analyze recurring issues;
Configure and install servers and software;
Maintain up-to-date documentation and procedures;
Perform level 2 and 3 support to ensure security, integrity and performance of servers;
Assist the call center technical team in escalating issues;
Work with the support teams to track their operations work and intervene with them;
Actively participate in implementing best practices and improving the environment to ensure availability;
Participate in various infrastructure evolution projects and new technology implementations.
Your skills, our requirements!
Bachelor’s degree in business informatics or College diploma with related experience;
5 to 7 years in systems management;
Very good knowledge of system concepts, technologies and products such as virtual mode, cloud (in hybrid mode) and mobility;
Proficient in written and spoken French and English.
The position is based at the company’s head office located in Longueuil, steps away from the Longueuil-Université de Sherbrooke metro station.
We may ask you to be available for travel primarily in Canada and the U.S., but possibly in Europe and Latin America;
We may ask you to be available for occasional evening and weekend work.
