Providing on the job support to an individual with an intellectual disability within their work setting. This position is in a warehouse located in Paradise. Client works Thursdays 9:00am-4:30pm.
Position includes providing support and guidance to ensure the individual completes their duties in a timely manner to the required standard. Position may also involve assisting the individual with their duties such as picking orders, and other tasks as required. Looking for a reliable, patient person who is understanding and compassionate and able to provide motivation when needed. Pay is $16.05/hour plus 4% vacation pay.
