Job Overview
Triple AAA Renovations Inc.® is looking for a motivated and hardworking General Labourer / Demolition Labourer to join our growing team. This is a full-time position with year-round work available for the right candidate.
As a General Labourer, you will assist with residential and commercial renovation projects, demolition work, site preparation, material handling, and job site cleanup. We are looking for reliable individuals who take pride in their work, show up on time, and are eager to learn and grow within the company.
No experience is required-we are willing to train the right person. Previous construction, demolition, renovation, restoration, or labour experience is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial demolition
- Remove debris and dispose of materials safely
- Assist with renovation and construction projects
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
- Prepare and maintain clean and organized job sites
- Assist carpenters, drywall installers, painters, and other trades
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Follow company safety procedures and policies
- Complete general labour and cleanup duties as assigned
- Work efficiently as part of a team
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs or more
- Ability to perform manual labour throughout the day
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Valid driver's license is an asset
- Construction or renovation experience is an asset but not required

$18.00–$25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
