Lead Nail Technician
Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba

Wage: $31.00 per hour
Hours: 30–40 hours per week
About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Lead Nail Technician to join our growing salon team. The successful candidate will provide professional nail services while supporting daily salon operations and helping maintain high standards of customer service and quality.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional manicures and pedicures
- Apply gel, acrylic, and nail enhancement systems
- Create nail art and customized nail designs
- Assess clients' nail care needs and recommend services
- Maintain sanitation and infection-control standards
- Assist with training and mentoring junior nail technicians
- Support daily workflow coordination and service quality
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and maintaining client satisfaction
- Monitor inventory of nail products and supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a nail technician
- Experience with gel, acrylic, and nail enhancement services
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership or mentoring experience is an asset
Language
English required
Education
Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Work Location
On-site work at our Winnipeg salon location.
