Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
- Cook and assemble dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure hygiene and safety
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and utensils throughout shifts
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages
- Support the team during busy hours by providing timely and courteous service to guests
- Adhere to all restaurant policies, procedures, and health regulations to ensure smooth operations
Experience
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling safety standards
- Familiarity with meal preparation processes and food industry best practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration and learning
- Experience with serving guests and understanding customer service expectations is a plus
