We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrator(Quick books) 5 years experience in quickbooks, to join our team and play a vital role in assisting with financial records and supporting administrative functions FT/PT 30-35 hrs week
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks,).
- Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Process invoices and vendor payments in a timely manner.
Payroll Processing:
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee payroll.
- Calculate and record payroll deductions, benefits, and taxes.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
- Maintain organized files and documents, both digitally and physically.
- Assisting in HR
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organizational and time management skills. Flexible schedule to meet operational needs
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in administrative tasks is a plus.
Education:
- A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
