Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for health and wellness, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. This role will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a sales team, building client relationships, and achieving company sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
QualificationsRequired:
- 3+ years of sales management experience.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience in the health, wellness, fitness, nutrition, or healthcare industry.
