Heritage Management has an opening for a full-time Customer Service Co-ordinator.
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Customer Service Co-ordinator acts as the liaison between the Tenant and the Landlord in initiating and maintaining positive working relationships with the company's tenants, their management and employees. In addition to actively issuing work tickets on tenant requests, he/she maintains up to date records on tenant contacts, granted property access and tenant parking. He/she prepares and assists in the development and deployment of manuals and materials for the tenant. The Customer Service Co-ordinator reports directly to the Operations Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Provides excellent customer service. Ensures tenant requests/problems are responded to in a timely and courteous manner by maintenance staff and/or contractors
Communicates with tenant representatives on tenant services matters and issues including preparing bilingual emails, letters and verbal communication
Maintains effective relationships with fellow associates, suppliers, vendors, and others serving the company or properties
Communicates effectively and efficiently with company accounting and lease administration
Liaises with existing and prospective tenants
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
University graduate or college diploma with significant relevant work experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Proven ability to show attention to detail
Excellent understanding and practice of time management and keen ability to organize workload
Excellent word processing speed and accuracy
Self-motivated, friendly, approachable
Able to work independently with little supervision
Must be fluently bilingual (French - English) with excellent written and oral communication skills
Good correspondence writer
