Atlantic Connect Marketing Inc. is a Halifax based sales and marketing firm hiring a full-time Recruiter to join our growing team. Complete hands-on training is provided, no prior recruiting experience required.
Responsibilities
Source and contact candidates through job boards and direct applications
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling
Conduct phone screenings and qualify resumes
Handle onboarding, job offers, and interview process documentation
Support team development initiatives
Assist with light administrative work and attend company events
Requirements
1 to 5 years of customer-facing experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with conversations by phone and in person
Reliable transportation
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Nice to Have
Experience in sales, recruiting, or human resources
Public speaking experience
Familiarity with social media platforms
