Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate pet care by feeding, bathing, and administering medications as directed.
- Handle dogs and cats with confidence, ensuring proper procedure and safety during different processes.
- Maintain cleanliness of kennels, and play areas to promote health and hygiene.
- Engage in pet sitting duties, offering companionship and comfort to animals in our care.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets’ needs, behaviors, and care routines.
Requirements
- Prior experience with veterinary assistance or animal handling is highly preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary to move supplies or assist with large animals.
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with pet owners and team members.
